Park timings are subject to change. Please confirm the current timings before booking your tickets or planning your trip.

Entry into activities are restricted as per weight/age and height criterion. Guests are requested to confirm the same from the ticket counter and/or telephone helpline.

Currently weight restrictions apply on Zipline (max 100kgs) and Zipcycle (max 75kgs).

Entry into the park is subject to restrictions and reservations and in case of any doubt it shall be the sole decision of the management to allow or disallow any guests.

Guests must purchase any 1 activity to enter the Park. This helps us in keeping a controlled number of guests in the Park.

Photography/Videography is not allowed using DSLRs and other professional equipment. However, same can be used for a small charge payable at ticket counter.

The Park is a family Park and discourages use of any mind altering substances such as alcohol, cigarettes or any other drugs. Any guests found under the influence shall on the decision of the management be removed from the park/cancel the tickets and/or deny entry into the park without refund.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted except for water bottles and special dietary requirements (baby food, fruits, etc.).

Parking at the Park is Free of Charge for convenience of guests.

Parking at the park is at owner's risk. Park management or staff or other guests are not responsible for any damage/dent/scratch or as such.

We provide complimentary parking as a courtesy to our visitors, but we recommend taking standard precautions with your vehicle and valuables.

Kindly note, the park shall make all arrangements to keep all activities operational at all times, still due to the nature of such activities the guests/visitors understand that any activity at any time may become non operational or maybe closed down due to maintenance/safety issues and in such instances the guests are not entitled to a refund or exchange.

Your safety is our top priority. We conduct regular maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and activities. Any temporary closures are for the wellbeing of our guests.

We strive to provide advance notice of any scheduled maintenance, but emergency closures may occur without prior warning.

Everyone visiting the park agree that their picture maybe clicked and used by the management and its associates on marketing/promotional material or any other way as deemed by the Park and its executives.

If you have an objection to your image being used on the park's official channels and other material you can inform us at promotions@eodindia.com with the reference/link of the image to be removed and the same may be removed upon verification.

We respect your privacy and will honor all reasonable requests to remove images featuring you or your family members.

The Park being a public park, accepts no responsibilities for the loss of personal belongings of visitors. The visitors are requested to keep their personal and valuable belongings with them at all times under their own watch and care.

We recommend leaving valuable items at home or in your vehicle. EodParks is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Lockers may be available for rent at select locations within the park for your convenience.

Due to rain, all activities are affected.

For the safety of our guests and staff, outdoor activities may be temporarily suspended or closed during inclement weather conditions including rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme temperatures.

We monitor weather conditions closely and will make announcements regarding any closures or delays. Please check our website or contact us before your visit if weather conditions are uncertain.

No refunds or rain checks are provided for weather-related closures as per our standard ticketing policy.

e-o-d Adventure Park does not offer any refunds for purchased tickets.

Tickets/bands are valid for the date of purchase only, any guests found tampering with the bands may be escorted out of the premises immediately.

At any given time, if the guest is not able to finish all the activities due to any reason, personal or otherwise, tickets can be extended on the discretion of the management of e-o-d Adventure Park.

If a customer has bought Membership/Annual Pass from the website or physically, the membership is not transferable and non cancellable. No redundancy/adjustments will be made in lieu of the same. For more details check the terms and conditions of the park as well as of each membership carefully before buying.

In case of any natural calamities/thunderstorm or any other safety reason the Park and/or its management reserves the right to close any activity in the larger interest of public safety without giving prior reason or compensation in lieu of.
